Phew! Today was a tiring day!

We went to SF today to check out Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39 and later to the Golden Gate bridge (which looks amazing even though I’ve seen hundreds of pictures of it.)

We were driven to some place not too far from Union Square, because all the roads were blocked due to the Pride parade.

We walked over to the Union Square, watching the parade along the way (and the haters ). I had to push my parents forward though. They weren’t expecting to see assless pants when they planned the SF trip. ;P

After a few visits to some stores, we took the cable car to Fisherman’s Wharf and walked around there for a bit before eating. I had calamari steak. Was pretty good…I think it was the first time ever that I ordered sea food.

Finishing lunch we went towards Pier 39 and saw the sea lions and stuff, took pictures of the pay and Alcatraz and so on. We relaxed for a bit in the sun (hot hot hot, bless the coastal winds)

Finally we went over to the Golden Gate bridge and checked that out for a while before going back to base. The bridge was very nice, even though th winds got really strong and cold. -_-
